Monday, September 22, 2014
t. CALL MEETING ; Mr. Scott Harris, Chair, called the meeting to order at
2:31 p.m. Pledge of e inc and Invocation.
The required amount of members ( ) were present to conduct a meeting.

II. APPROVAL FOR MINUTES FOR August 25,2014: A motion was made by Bill 5t n,
seconded by Shelia Cudd that the minutes be passed. The motion passed unanimously.

V. C : Edd Price made a motion, seconded nnis Miller, to accept the
Consent Agenda. The motion passed unanimously.

street. Our recommendation Is to accept the change. Dennis Miller motioned

unanimously.
