CALL MEETING ; Mr. Scott Harris, Chair, called the meeting to order at 2:31 p.m. Pledge of e inc and Invocation. The required amount of members ( ) were present to conduct a meeting. APPROVAL FOR MINUTES FOR August 25,2014: A motion was made by Bill 5t n, seconded by Shelia Cudd that the minutes be passed. The motion passed unanimously. III.
