Minutes Meeting

1. CALL MEETING Harris, Chair, called the meeting to order at
2:30 p.m. Meeting with of l i s Invocation.
Quorum: The required amount of members (5)were present to conduct a meeting.
Present eight arris, Edd Price, Shelia Cudd, Dennis Miller, Bill
Strawn, Gretchen Arnold, tony Gavh , P. ., Leo Rios

IL APPROVAL FOR MINUTES FOR September 22, 2014: A motion was made by Dennis

unanimously.

announcement regarding Plan C . She invites everyone to the Open House on 11/1 -

We have three new members added: Anthony Gavilk, Leo Rios, and Christina
Cisneros- n.
V. CONSENT AGENDA: BILL Strawn made a motion, seconded by Shelia Cudd, to accept the

} Trarfic Enforcement Initiatives-Captain W11111am Breedlove
• Captain WILtlarn Breedlove spoke on the 819 In citations given in
the last 30 days for speeding in which 231 were in schoot zones, 119
arrests for DWI year to date. They also Issued 38 citations for distracted
driving.
• The school crossing u s are maintained by a contractor (All City
Services).Services).The city has hired crossing rds for our CCISD schools.

Ghost School Zones-Mr. Chong states that once his staff completes the proper
invesdgation, signs and signals In dormant school zones will be removed.
