Special Meeting
June 1,2015
1. Call to Order:
The Transportation Advisory Commission convened in a special meeting on June 1,2015 at City
Hall Council Chambers.
Chair Scott Harris called the Commission Meeting to order at 2:30 p.m.
Commission Members in Attendance:Scott Harris(Chair),Robert Saldarfla(Vice Chair),
Edd Price,Anthony Gavlik,Dennis Miller,Wilfredo Rivera
Commission Members Absent:Leo Rios(Excused),Gretchen Arnold(Excused),Christina
Cisneros-Guzman(Un-excused)
Staff Attendance:Raymond Chong,Renee Couture,Janet Kellogg,Julio Dimas,Guadalupe Salas

VI. New Business
a) Vantage at Corpus Christi Traffic Assessment Study--Discussion and Action
Raymond Chong,the City Traffic Engineer,concluded that the Vantage at Corpus Christi
Apartments had no adverse traffic impact on Up River Road and mitigation measures
are not required at this time.Mr.Chong recommended TAC concur with conclusions of
Traffic Assessment study.Scout Harris,Chair of TAC,asked if TAC would entertain a
motion to concur with the City Traffic Engineers recommendations.Wilfredo Rivera
motioned the move and TAC unanimously approved the motion.

Dennis Miller motioned to adjourn the meeting. TAC unanimously approved the motion. The
meeting adjourned at 2:53 P.M.
