VI. New Business for Discussion and Possible Action —
1. Process to change committee make up from Landscape Arch to landscaper or nursery
professional-Tabled to March meeting
2. Earth Day Celebration
Table at event with trees for raffle, games and flyers of information on trees and why they are
good. Event is April 7 and will be further discussed at March meeting.
3. How to classes-Tabled to March meeting
VII. Old Business for Discussion and Possible Action —
1. Review of Committee Action Plan-Tabled to March meeting
2. Steps to create web presence
Santos Villarreal attended meeting and discussed current TAC web page and steps to add
information. Process is to send information to Joshua W. for fact checking and pass on to
Santos V. for posting.
Committee discussed 6 month calendar of events, information about trees and list of trees that
are adapted to this environment. Would like to see a way for public to report tree plantings on
web page.
