ITEM 1: Call the Meeting to Order
Steve Ramos called the meeting to order at 11:40 a.m. with a quorum of six members
attending.
ITEM 2: Review and Approval of Minutes
The minutes from the Wednesday January 26, 2017 meeting were unanimously
approved.
ITEM 3: Introductions
Steve Ramos informed the Committee that Mr. Sam Sanders decided not to be
reappointed.
ACTION: Board member Phil Hale RGGky F=Feu moved to nominate Sally Gill to fill the
Chair position vacated by Sam Sanders. The Motion was seconded by Joelle Francois.
Ayes: Board members Freund, Francois, Hale, Reece, Williams
Nays: None

Nitrification
Factors that encourage nitrification:

o Infrastructure design and condition
