Call to Order 12:04 by Jonda
1) Jim, Scott, Luis, Shannon Absent
2) Adoption of minutes
a. Motion by Amanda, 2nd by OK Smith. All in favor
3) No Public Comments
4) Resignation
a. Torno vacancy
b. Representative from CCISD, thought to replace Linda. Could be ex-officio.
5) Rental Rate Update
a. Streamlined Rates. Previous Policy had too many exceptions, resulting in vastly different
costs for events. Pause on Motion
b. How are we compared to market? Low.
c. Motion to approve by Amanda, 2nd by Jim. All in favor
6) Deaccession
a. Items will continue to remain in exhibit, but will be props instead of artifacts.
b. Motion by Jim, 2nd by Amanda. All approve.
7) Management Agreement Extension
a. Going to Council August 121h

• Will be adding palentology exhibit • Kaboom! Project, playground work$375,000.
