Alvarez, Dotson Lewis, Chris Anderson,Alissa Mejia, Doug McBee and Gary McCoig

a. Update on La Retama Park—more lighting being installed, Art Walk back in March
b. Accreditation Update—Policies and Procedures are being created and added
c. Repurpose Parks Sale Update—realtor meeting today with Clower Realty, 14 parks for sale, going
on MLS list next week then 30 day waiting period, every sale must be approved by city council—
discussed rules a bit further and how the process will be handled
d. Follow up on Lovenskiold Park—there is going to be a meeting to evaluate with the officers
input90-120 days later, will the fence go down?What decision will be?Options?
e. IT's Time Texas— Introduction to the challenge, how to sign up and a The Mayor's Challenge video
to other Metro cities like ours
f. Program Master Plan Update—Becky showed everyone what was on the survey and asked for
everyone to share with their contacts
g. Zero Base Budget Process—City Manager moving forward with this process, we are working on
activity list
