MINUTES I. Call to Order by Vice-Chairman Chris Anderson ii. Roll Call of Members-Roll call was conducted by Hope Herrera. Members present: Jerry Plemons, Adam Alvarez, Dotson Lewis, Chris Anderson,Alissa Mejia, Doug McBee and Gary McCoig Staff present: Stacie Talbert Anaya, Becky Perrin, Hope Herrera, Jay Ellington, Russell Armstrong, & Captain Robert Alvarado Members Absent: Carlos Valdez, Rick Pedraza, Huxley Smith and Kamlesh Bhikha III. Adoption of Minutes- Regular meeting — Adoption of Minutes from December 9, 2015 meeting First Dotson Lewis, Second Jerry Plemons, all in favor IV.
