C. Parkland Sale—January 17th listed for sale, letters sent to residents within 500 ft.30 days for sale
then take bids to City Council, received offers on 6 of the 14 parks, February 23rd, Executive
Session with Council—offers on Peary and Ridgewood in March possibly
d. WellMed—renovations at Joe Garza and Zavala Senior Center exterior and interior painting done,
meal service our of Joe Garza,flooring, furniture and exercise equipment ordered, hired their office
manager, tentative opening day—March 16 at 10am, soft opening March 1s1, 8-5
e. Bayshore Park—Fulton Construction design/build—Council mid-March, stakeholder meeting April
or May—construction to start June or July
