I. Call to Order @ 5:34pm by Adam Alvarez.
ii. Roll Call of Members was conducted by Hope Herrera.

Dr. Lloyd Stegemann and Carlos Valdez, Sr.
Members Absent: Rick Pedraza—work trip, Jerry Plemons—unknown, Terry Ray—work
III. Adoption of Minutes- Regular meeting — Adoption of Minutes from March 8, 2017— 151, Dotson Lewis 2nd

➢ Huxley Smith—on behalf of CC Garden Council at Garden Senior Center—talked about repairs
that need to be made like the water system, projector screen, clean the gutters and a few
other items

• Watershore& Beach Advisory Committee Liaison—camping and curfew ordinance, HOT Funds

• Island Strategic Action Committee Liaison—plans east of PR22, moving forward on development of
PR 22 bridge, traffic light at Aquarius update—going smoothly, Billish Park with PIPOA discussion
