and related services for a term of five years for the Local Emergency
Response Planning Committee to enhance emergency response
preparedness for hazardous materials.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a renewal
of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with Nueces County, the Port of Corpus Christi
and City of Corpus Christi with an in-kind by contributing office space, utilities and related
services for a term of five (5) years for the Local Emergency Response Planning
Committee to enhance hazardous materials preparedness.
