This special meeting was conducted via conference call.
I. Call to Order: 3:06pm
II. Roll Call:
Members Present (via phone): Hilary Davis, Randy Farrar, Chuck Anastos, Ramiro
Munoz
Staff Present: Gene Delauro, Staff Liaison; Kristy Glick, Recording Secretary
Members absent: Garry Camp
III. Appeal
14130 Bounty Avenue, Corpus Christi, TX 78373
144 sq. ft. addition to existing structure. Structure meets FEMA minimum
standards but not the City’s recently adopted 1’ of freeboard for new construction
and additions. Meeting this additional requirement presents a hardship to the
property owners.
Staff report was made by Gene Delauro.
Motion to approve made by Chuck Anastos; seconded by Randy Farrar.
