BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS: SECTION 1. Appropriating $1,102,665 from the Committed Fund Balance in Fund 1041 and amending the Fiscal Year 2020 Operating Budget adopted by Ordinance 031870 to increase expenditures. SECTION 2. The City Manager or designee is authorized to purchase the Wavetronix Radar Detection System for a total amount of $1,102,665 with Twincrest Technologies, of Fort Worth, Texas to be used for traffic signal vehicle detection. SECTION 3.
