I. CALL TO ORDER—The November 6, 2000 regular meeting of the Sister City Steering
Committee was called to order in the Committee Room at City Hall at 5:30 p.m. by Sue
Dulaney.
H. ROLL CALL— The recording secretary, Rosie Alaniz, called the roll and announced a
quorum was not present; therefore,meeting was not held due to lack of quorum.
