PURPOSE FOR SPECIAL CALLED MEETING: GET ACQUAINTED
WITH ONE ANOTHER. Members began arriving around 7 p.m. Each
brought hors d'oeuvres to share. Hostess Ellen Murry helped members
serve their food.
II. CALL TO ORDER:
The Special Called meeting of the Sister City Steering Committee was
called to order by General Chair, Heather Moretzsohn around 7:45 p.m.
III. ROLL CALL: Chris Kallas called roll. Ten of 19 members were present.
IV. GETTING AQUAINTED: Ellen Murry called everyone to gather together
and share their reason for coming to the Sister City Steering Committee
and their personal history. Everyone was very relaxed and share personal
information about their families, upbringing, education, travel experiences,
and funny stories.
V. Around 9:30 p.m. the meeting adjourned.
