THAT, we, Robert J. Gonzalez and wife, Carrie L. Gonzalez ("Grantors"), of 5901 Harvest
Hill Rd" Corpus Christl, Nueces County, Texas 78414, in consideration of $10.00 (TEN
DOLLARS), and other good and valuable consideration, paid by the City of Corpus Christi,
I "Grantee") of 1201 Leopard Street, Nueces County, Texas 78401, the receipt of which is hereby
lcknowlcdged, has conveyed, and does convey to the City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home Rule
mUnIcipal. corporatIOn, its successors and legal representatives, the free and uninterrupted use,
liberty. pnvilege, and easement of gomg in, on, over, under and along a certain tract of land
situated III Nueces County, Texas and being described as follows:
See the metes and bounds property description for the Utility Easement
attached and mcorporated as "Exhibit A" (Premises)
A map showing the location ofthe UTILITY EASEMENT is attached and
Incorporated as "Exhibit B"
SPECIAL PROVISIONS: The City of Corpus Christi agrees to restore the land
within the easement area to the same condition as existed prior to construction. All
construction is to be done in a prudent and workmanlike manner.
Together with the free ingress, egress and regress to and for the City of Corpus Christi, Texas, and
Its franchisees to construct, service, repair. maintain. inspect, lay, operate and keep public utility
lines under, on and along said easement.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, ALL AND SINGULAR, the rights and privileges aforesaid to the City
of Corpus Christi, Texas. its successors, legal representatives, and franchisees for the use as a
UTILITY EASEMENT and right-of-way for so long as used for such purpose, and ifthe use of said
easement and right of way is ever abandoned, then the aforesaid rights and privileges cease.

Bearings are based on recorded map of Amending Plat of Lots 90 & 91, Bloek 1, Mariposa
Subdivision, a map of whieh is recorded in Volume 64, Page 148, Map Reeords, Nueees
County. Texas, and refereneed to the monumented southeast right-of-way of Cimarron
Boulevard.
Beginning at a 5/8 inch tron rod, found, on the east boundary line of that certain (variable width)
right-of way, known as Cimarron Boulevard, at its intersection with the northern boundary line
of Lot 90, said Mariposa Subdivision, for the southwest corner of this tract, same point being the
northwest corner of said Lot 90;
Tbenee, North 360 02' 26" East, a distance of 12.52 feet, to a point, for a comer of this tract;
Thence, North 32043' 50" East, a distance of 232.90 feet, to a point, for the lower northwest
corner of this tract;
Thenee, North 740 02' 21" East, a distance of 28.28 feet, to a point, for the upper northwest
corner of this tract;
Thence, South 600 57' 39" East, a distance of 676.70 feet, to a point, on the east boundary line of
aforementioned 3.390 acre tract ofland, for the northeast corner of this tract;
