A-7 Woze,icers Compensstion Iasuraace Coverage If the Contractor~s workers' compensation insurance coverage for its empl~oyees working on the Project is terminated or canceled for any reason, and replacement workers' compensation insurance coverage meeting the requirements of this Contract is not in effect on the effective date of cancallation of the workers' compensation insurance coverage to be replaced, then any Contractor employee not covered by the required workers' compensation insurance coverage must not perform any work on the Project. Furt~ermore, for each calendar day including and after the effective date of term~nation or cancellation of the Contractor's wor3zers' compensation insurance coverage for its employees working on the Project until the date repldcement workers' compensation insurance coverage, meeting the requirements of this Contract, is in effect for those Contractor employees, liqu3,dated damages will be assessed against and paid by the Contractor at the high~st ~ily rate elsewhere specified in this Contract.
