City~in the continued acquisition of inland greenbelt and
drainage)#ransportation corridors along Oso and West Oso Creek. The
following tasks comprise this work:
1. Determination of areas of concem alon Oso and West Oso Creek
will, involve the examination of current aerial oho#ographs overlain with
the HEC-RAS generated inundation limi#s of ultimate land
develo men# 100- ear storm event .Areas where a minimum of five
L5shabitable structures appear to be inundated will be designated as
an area of concem, subject to mitigation analysis.
2. Determination of the relative de th of floodin rior to miti ation for
#he,designated area of concem will be derived from a comparison of
the average ground elevation {LiDAR data) and the ultimate land
development (100-year storm event) water surface elevation.
3. Using the Oso and West Oso Creek HEC-RAS Riverine models, a
determination of the peak flow reduction necessary to produce water
