RE: Contract Amendment No. 8
Lift Station at Buckingham
City of Corpus Christi Project No. 7117
CRG Job # 8491 C
Dear Mr. Anaya,
In mid June, you and I discussed CRG's additional work on the Buckingham Lift Station Force
Main. Pursuant to that discussion and your approval for submittal, I have prepared this amendment
to our original contract for the following:
1. Extension of the i6" PVC effluent main from Annemasse Street approximately 2,000 feet
West to Loire Boulevard.
2. Meetings and coordination with the City and Freese and Nichols personnel regarding
preliminary alignments and utility corridors on Yorktown Boulevard.
3. Alignment changes for the 18" force main and the 16" effluent main from just west of
Annemasse Street to Cimarron Boulevard.
4. Changes to plan sheets, quantities and spec~fcations for demolition, removal and
replacement of the existing 6" waterline from Annemasse Street to Cimarron Boulevard, due
to conflicts with the revised alignment of the 18" force main and the 16" effluent line.
The total amount of the Amendment is $11.135.00 as in the breakdown on Attachment "A". The
manhour and fee analysis for the Amendment is shown in Attachment "B".
If you have any questions, or require additional information, please give me a call
Very truly yours,
COYM, REHMET & GUTIERREZ
ENG EERING,
. Don Rehmet, P.E., R.P.L.S.
