associated court reporter, copy, and travel costs for the lawsuit of Graham Construction
Services, Inc. v. City of Corpus Christi in the amount not to exceed,for estimated expenditure for
the impending annual period, a total of$1,634,950 with the law firms of Coats Rose and Hartline
Dacus Barger Dreyer, LLP and the consulting/engineering/expert firms of Navigant Consulting,
Inc. (in addition to previously authorized funding for said entity), Scott Hibbs, PE, and/or
Enprotec/ Hibbs & Todd, Inc., and authorize carry-over of unexpended funds into the following
fiscal years and transfer of unused funds between the aforementioned entities.
