(PSI) an Intertek Company, is pleased to have been selected based on qualifications to perform Construction Material Testing and Observations Services for the above referenced project(City Project No.18021 A). PSI understands approximately 4,200 LF of the existing Holly Road from Rodd Field Road to Ennis Joslin Road will undergo total reconstruction which will include new asphalt pavement, sidewalks, driveways, and underground utilities. This proposal includes our services to observe, test and report on the construction material placement activities. Please note that our services will be performed on an intermittent, call-out, as requested basis. This proposal does not include full time or continuous on-site observation services. Scheduling will be the responsibility of our client's designated representative. Please note that the fees for our services are directly related to the contractor's schedule, the quantity of service requests, the quantity and frequency of failed tests / retests, construction delays and other issues outside the control of PSI.
