AMENDMENT NO. 4
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
The City of Corpus Christi,Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City")and Freese and Nichols,Inc.
("Consultant"), agree to the following amendments to the Contract for Professional Services for Everhart Road
from SPID to Holly Road (Project No. 18014A):
Original Contract June 12, 2018 Resolution No. 031445 $823,700.00
Amendment No. 1 February 13, 2019 Administrative Approval $49,969.00
Amendment No. 2 April 8, 2019 Administrative Approval $48,493.00
Amendment No. 3 July 24, 2019 Administrative Approval $11,740.00
In the Original Contract, Exhibit "A", Section I. Scope of Services shall be amended as set forth in the attached
Amendment No. 4, Exhibit "A".
In the Original Contract,Article III Compensation shall be amended based on the modified scope of services in the
attached Amendment No. 4, Exhibit "A" for a fee not to exceed $49,972.00, for a total restated fee not to exceed
$983,874.00.
All other terms and conditions of the June 12, 2018 Contract for Professional Services between the City and
Consultant,and of any amendments to that contract,which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

Dear Mr. Edmonds,
Freese and Nichols, Inc. (FNI) is pleased to submit an amendment to our professional services contract to
provide additional construction administration phase and ROW acquisition services for the Everhart Road—
Holly Road to South Padre Island Drive, City Project 18014A for your consideration. This amendment will
include the following services:
1. Construction Administration Phase
a. Provide additional construction phase services
i. 36"water line support to include RFI responses and numerous submittal reviews
ii. Additional construction site visits to support installation of 36"waterline and all
associated appurtenances
b. Prepare additional traffic control drawings to support the contractor modified phasing,
wastewater bypass plan and AEPs relocation of power poles
c. Additional meetings
i. Weekly progress meetings
ii. Planning meetings with City and contractor
2. ROW Acquisition Survey
a. Provide additional ROW acquisition survey for up to two(2)additional sidewalk easement parcels
on Everhart Road near SPID
b. Provide a revised metes and bounds and exhibit for a parcel at Everhart and Bonner intersection
