Lab shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order and in the Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon execution, this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below. COMPENSATION — The total amount not to exceed for this Task Order No.4 only is $94,675.00. This Task Order is approved, and Lab may proceed. (PSI) an Intertek Company, is pleased to have been selected based on qualifications to perform Construction Material Testing and Observations Services for the above referenced project (18101A). We understand that approximately 10,415 lineal feet of roadway for the Residential Street Reconstruction Project will consist of approximately seven (7) streets/drives that will be subjected to total reconstruction. The estimated fee for construction materials testing services was determined on a unit rate basis in accordance with PSI's 2020/2021 Master Services Agreement for Geotechnical and Materials Testing (Project No. 19055D). Based on the anticipated construction materials testing services, the estimated fee for the Residential Street Reconstruction Project is $94,675.00. A breakdown of the anticipated construction materials testing services and fees are presented in the attached Estimated Fees.
