LEGAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT NO. 3
The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation ("City")and Spire consulting Group
LLC, hereinafter called "CONSULTANT," agree to the following amendment to the Contract for Professional
Services for Horne Road-Ayers to Port(Project No. El 2100)as authorized and administratively amended by:
Original Contract May 30, 2018 Administrative Approval $49,999.00
Amendment No.1 August 8, 2018 Motion No. M2018-122 $20,000
Amendment No. 2 March 4, 2019 Motion No. M2019-035 $100,000
IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT,COMPENSATION shall be modified for an additional fee not to exceed$7,521.16
for a total restated fee not to exceed $177,520.16. The increase is due to an extended trial time.
This Agreement shall expire on February 4, 2025.
All other terms and conditions of the May 30, 2018, contract between the City and Consultant, and of any
amendments to that contract, which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full force and effect.
