This Task Order pertains to a Master Services Agreement for Professional Services by and between City of Corpus
Christi,Texas(City)and Signature Automation, (Consultant)dated September 19,2019(Agreement)by Motion
No.M2019-146. Consultant shall perform services on the project described below as provided in this Task Order
and in the Agreement. This Task Order shall not be binding until it has been properly signed by both parties. Upon
execution, this Task Order shall supplement the Agreement as it pertains to the project described below.
PROJECT: 18082A WW Treatment Plants & Lift Station SCADA Improvements
1. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This project will encompass development of a SCADA Master Plan for the
City's Wastewater Treatment Plants and Lift Stations.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope is more fully described in Exhibit A.
3. COMPENSATION: The total amount of this task order is not to exceed $37,970.00.
This Task Order is approved, and Consultant may proceed. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain in full force and effect.

Dear Mr. Edmonds:
Signature Automation,LLC is pleased to provide our proposal to the City of Corpus Christi (CITY)
for Task Order 2 -Basis of SCADA Design Report for the Master Services Agreement for
Professional Services Wastewater Treatment Plants&Lift Station SCADA Improvements Project
(Project No. 18082A). The scope of work included herein details our approach for developing a
Basis of SCADA Design Report that can be used to guide future design and construction projects.
Scope of Work
Task 1.0-Project Management
This task consists of clerical,accounting,coordination and supervision of the project team,and
overall quality management so that the project milestones and deliverables meet schedule and
budgetary constraints.To keep the CITY apprised of our work on the project,all invoices shall
include a progress report detailing work completed during the previous reporting period;
anticipated work during the next reporting period;and a list of any outstanding items that are
awaiting resolution.It is anticipated that the work associated with this Task Order will be
performed in conjunction with Task Order 1,therefore minimal project management related
to coordination has been allocated for this Task Order 2 due to the simultaneous efforts with
Task Order 1.

Task 2.0-Basis of SCADA Design Report(DRAFT) Development
Signature Automation will develop a Basis of SCADA Design Report that can be used by the CITY to
share with others as reference for future design contracts.The objective of this document is to
provide a single document that can guide the direction of future work such that solutions are driven
towards the CITY's long term SCADA vision.This document is intended to be a living document with
the first volume developed via this task order. Additional criteria can be identified and developed

Signature Automation will develop a DRAFT version of the Basis of SCADA Design Report and
provide to the City for review and comment.
DELIVERABLES
• Basis of SCADA Design Report-DRAFT (provided electronically in PDF format)
Task 3.0 -Basis of SCADA Design Report-DRAFT Review Conference Call
A DRAFT version of the Basis of SCADA Design Report will be provided for review.After the CITY
provides their review comments,our team will assess these comments and facilitate a conference
call to discuss with the CITY and determine the path forward for incorporating into the Basis of
SCADA Design Report as noted in Task 4.0.

Task 4.0 -Basis of SCADA Design Report-FINAL
The discussions held within the conference call defined in Task 3.0 as well as the CITY's
consolidated review comments will be used to finalize the Basis of SCADA Design Report. Our team
will assess the comments and incorporate all relevant issues identified. Upon completion,we will
submit the FINAL version of the Basis of SCADA Design Report to the CITY for their use. Five
bound,hard copies will be provided along with electronic copies in both PDF format and the native
Microsoft Word format.

Costs and Terms
Signature Automation proposes to complete this assignment as a Task Order associated with the
subject project on a Lump Sum basis for a fee of$37,970.A breakdown of the fee schedule for the
task descriptions provided is shown in the table below:
