AMENDMENT NO. 1
CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

The City of Corpus Christi, Texas, hereinafter called "CITY," and HANSON PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES, INC. hereinafter called"CONSULTANT,"agree to the following amendment to the Contract
for Professional Services Dimitt Pier Improvements (FMAC) (Project No. 18171C)as authorized and
administratively amended by:
Original Contract July 18, 2018 Administrative Approval $34,849.00
IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT, EXHIBIT A, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be modified as shown in
the attached Exhibit A.
IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT, COMPENSATION shall be modified as shown in the attached Exhibit
A for an additional fee not to exceed $4,472.00 for a total restated fee not to exceed $39,321.00.
All other terms and conditions of the July 18,02018 contract between the "CITY" and "CONSULTANT"
and of any amendments to that contract which are not specifically addressed herein shall remain in full
force and effect.

As requested, we have prepared a fee estimate to provide the FMAC Front End Documents
for the Philip Dimitt Municipal Fishing Pier Repair Project as follows:

Engineer VIII 8 Hours $ 1,904.00
Engineer I 24 Hours $ 2,568.00
Subtotal Additional Services $ 4,472.00
2. Original Contract Amount: $ 34,849.00
Previous Contract Amendments: $ 0.00
Contract Amendment No. 1: $ 4,472.00
Total Contract Amount: $ 39,321.00
We will prepare the FMAC Front End Documents and deliver for your review within 2
weeks from the date of authorization to proceed.
