Agreement Annual Not to Exceed Value: $1,500,000.00
Whereas, the City of Corpus Christi and Garver, LLC. entered into a Master Services Agreement for
Professional Services (the "Agreement") on February 16, 2016, in the amount of a not to exceed
$1,500,000.00; and authorized via Ordinance No. 030765.
The CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, hereinafter referred to as the City, and Garver, LLC,
hereinafter referred to as the Consultant, do hereby acknowledge renewal of the Agreement.
I.
This document acknowledges the third of four one-year renewal terms as referenced in
Article VI. Term; Renewals; Times for Rendering Service of the Agreement.
1. Original Agreement Term: 02/16/2016 — 02/15/2017
2. Two Previous Renewals
3. This Renewal: 02/16/2020 - 02/15/2021
II.
Compensation of a not to exceed $1,500,000.00 will be paid for the renewal term as
referenced in Section II. Compensation of the Agreement. The total value across all terms
to date is not to exceed $6,000,000.00
The Consultant and the City agree to and shall abide by all terms and conditions of the original
Agreement and any amendments or renewals to that Agreement.
