This is an amendment to the Deferment Agreement. Document number 2019042280, originally dated 11
October 2019. by and between: Del Mar College District and the City of Corpus Christi.
NOW. THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the Parties agree to amend Deferment
Agreement section 4 as follows:
4. Time is of the essence in the performance of this Agreement. Failure to complete Deferred
Improvements by October 11, 2022 is a default.
All other terms and conditions of the original agreement remain effective and in full force.
