Home My WebLink AboutC2020-321 - 9/29/2020 - Approved AMENDMENT OF WATER ARTERIAL TRANSMSSION AND GRID MAIN CONSTRUCTION AND REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT This is an amendment to the Water Arterial Transmission and Grid Main Construction and Reimbursement Agreement, Document number 2020027050, originally dated June 25, 2020, by and between: MPM Development, LP and the City of Corpus Christi. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein, the Parties agree to Water Arterial Transmission and Grid Main Construction and Reimbursement Agreement, with the following addendum as follows: Section 16 (a) is amended as follows: Section 16. Reimbursement. a. The maximum reimbursable amount pursuant to UDC §8.5.1. C.1. for the Arterial Transmission and Grid Main Extension is increased in the amount of$20,562.52 as shown in exhibit 4 for a total of $174,688.75. Subject to the conditions for reimbursement from the Water Arterial Transmission and Grid Main Trust Fund, the City will reimburse the Developer/Owner the reasonable actual cost of the Water Arterial Transmission and Grid Main Extension up to an amount not to exceed $174,688.75, the contents of such exhibit being incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Exhibit 2. Update to the request for reimbursement as attached. Exhibit 4 addendum. Increase in cost estimate in the amount of$20,562.52 for additional expenses associated with the project.
