Festival Navideno
Teresa Rodriguez spoke about the upcoming Festival
Navideno. She explained that last year the Sister City

had a booth and participated in the Instituto de Cultura
Hispanica's Festival Navideiio and will do so again this
year. She asked for volunteers to help man the Sister
City booth by explaining to those who approach the
booth, the responsibilities of the Sister City Program.
The festival will take place on Saturday, December 8,
2018 from 4 — 7pm in Heritage Park.
V. Other Business
The committee members were reminded that any / all
requests for Sister City relationships must be approved
by the entire committee. The invitation MUST come
from the Mayor's office with approval to proceed.
Heather Moretzsohn gave an update on the Student
Exchange Program and will follow up in January 2019.
Melody Cooper stated that once the elections have been
finalized, we can follow up on the invitation from the
France Delegation to visit France.
