BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI
VIA WEBEX VIDEO CONFERENCE
JANUARY 27, 2021

I. CALL TO ORDER— ROLL CALL
Chairman Karaca called the meeting to order and a quorum was established with no absences.
H. PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: December 16,2020
A motion was made by Mr. Burris to approve the minutes listed above. The motion was seconded by Mr. Robinson and the
motion passed.
IV. APPROVAL OF ABSENCES: None.
V. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION REGARDING THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT 2020 ANNUAL REPORT
A motion was made by Mr. McRee to approve the 2020 Annual Report with a correction to amend the number of meetings
held from four meetings to five meetings to account for the meeting on December 16. 2020. The motion was seconded by Mr.
Robinson and the motion passed.
VI. DIRECTOR'S REPORT
Nina Nixon-Mendez,Assistant Director Development Services. gave information about updating Historic Preservation Plan.
More information and a link to the community survey can be found at iiww cctexas.com,HPP. She also informed them about
future training for the Board. Training will go over procedural aspects regarding the citation of motions/findings when acting on
cases. The training is tentatively scheduled some time in the Spring.
VII. ADJOURNMENT
With no further business to discuss, Chairman Karaca adjourned the meeting at 1:47 p.m.
