CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Coretta Graham at 1:40pm in the Council Chambers on
the first floor of City Hall.

No motion was made since there was no quorum on September 23, 2021
V. MINUTES
A motion was made by Catherine Giffin and seconded by Monica Pareso to approve the
minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 22.2021. A roll call vote -was and the motion
passed unanimously.
VI. STAFF REPORT
The Staff Report was presented to the Board for discussion and information regarding cases
from January 28, 2021 to present. A motion was made by Catherine Giffin seconded by
Monica Pines o to approve the staff report. A roll call vote was taken, and the motion passed
unanitnously.
VH. PUBLIC COMMENT
A motion was made by Coretta Graham to open the floor for public comment. As there was
no response, Coretta Graham closed the public comment.

A motion was made by Catherine Giffin and seconded by Monica Pareso to accept the
staff recommendation and require demolition of the stracture(s) according to Section 13-
22(H) (1) (c) of the Corpus Christi Property Maintenance Code in which the owner will
be allowed thirty (30) days to obtain proper permits and complete the demolition of the
stmctme(s) located at 2713 Mary St Aka 2709 Mary Demolition Residencef Juarez
Blk 1 lot .0813 acs out of 33 & 341 If the demolition is not started and completed as
required, then the City is authorized to demolish. A roll call vote was taken and passed
unanimously.

allowed thirty (30) days to obtain proper permits and complete the demolition of the

allowed thirty (30) days to obtain proper permits and complete the demolition of the

26 BK 1). If the demolition is not started and completed as required, then the City is
authorized to demolish. A roll call vote was taken and passed unanimously.

be allowed thirty (30) days to obtain proper permits and complete the demolition of the
structure(s) located at 924 Waco Dr Alen 1017 Winnebago Demolition Residence
(Bluff Lt 36 BK 7). If the demolition is not started and completed as required, then the
City is authorized to demolish. A roll call vote was taken and passed unanimously.

A motion was made by Catherine Giffin and seconded by Monica Pareso to accept the
staff recommendation and require demolition of the structure($) according to Section 13-
22(H) (1) (c) of the Corpus Christi Property Maintenance Code in which the owner will
be allowed thirty (30) days to obtain proper permits and complete the demolition of the
structure(s) located at 1301 N Water., Demolition Accessory Structure Beach Lt 1
BK 45). If the demolition is not started and completed as required, then the City is
authorized to demolish. A roll call vote was taken and passed unanimously.
X. ANNUAL REPORT
Diana will be inquiring with Norma Duran from the city secretary's office in regard to the
form that needs to be signed. She will be emailing the form.
XI. IDENTIFYING ITEMS FOR FUTURE AGENDA
No new items to identify. Next meeting will be held November 18, 2021.
XII. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made Catherine Giffin and seconded by Monica Pareso to adjourn the
hearing at 2:54 PM. on October 14, 2021. A roll call vote was taken and passed
unanimously.
