The CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, hereinafter referred to as the City, and Worldpay, tnc.,"I
hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, do hereby make and enter into this amendment (the
"Amendment") which, together with the Merchant Application and Agreement(the "Agreement')and all
other duly executed amendments, constitutes the entire agreement between the City and the
Contractor.
I.
This Amendment modifies the Term of the Agreement to extend it to August 16, 2022, in
order to allow additional time for the procurement process and award of a new contract to a
successful bidder, or until the effective date of any new agreement the City awards for this
service, whichever occurs earlier. The City will provide notice of the award of a new contract.
The Term is revised as follows:
1. Current Agreement Term: 02/18/2016 - 08/17/2021
2. Revised Agreement Term: 02/18/2016 - 08/17/2022
II.
Increases the estimated value of the Agreement by $1,686,800.00 for the additional Term
based on the projected credit card transaction volume; therefore, the revised estimated value
of this Agreement is $7,196,800.00.
The Contractor and the City agree to and shall abide by all terms and conditions of the original
Agreement and any amendments to that Agreement, to the extent they are not in conflict with the terms
of this Amendment.
