00 52 23 AGREEMENT
This Agreement is between the City of Corpus Christi (Owner) and Reytec Construction Resources, Inc.
(Contractor).
Owner and Contractor agree as follows:
ARTICLE 1—WORK
1.01 Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work
is generally described as:
Junior Beck Drive-Bear Lane to Old Brownsville Road(Bond 2018)
Street and Infrastructure Improvements

1.02 "This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of
Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws
and regulations associated with that program."
