He also relayed that there was a discussion about the dog way stations on the Bay Front Parks that are not installed. Cliff added that the dog way station is a subject that the Surfriders have taken up and are currently working on. 4. 22-0366 ISAC Report Nothing to report, Terry was not able to attend this meeting. 5. 22-0367 BMAC Report - Cliff Schlabach Cliff had a couple of items to share, the first being a request to build at the La Concha development. This development was "grandfathered" in before the 350' boundary away from the vegetation rule was set in place. The other issue is if there are sand dunes that have established themselves in the area, it's harder to get the permit required to build. This lot was probably 200' from the vegetation but the dunes had not developed so BMAC gave their ok and it moved on to the Commissioners' Court for the final approval. The other item was that he was elected chair of the committee. 6. 22-0368 Staff Liaison Report Darren reported on Beach Operations' preparations for Spring Break. Emergency lanes have been created, there are extra portable toilets on the beach and extra trash cans. He reported that the lifeguards and permit sellers are ready to go. Darren gave a recap of lifeguards numbers from last Spring Break and reassured Philippe that Beach Operations was ready. Darren talked about "Mount Zahn" and how the kids are enjoying it. F.
