2021/2022 and March 2021/2022. Ms. Parker questioned the drop in the total live
release rate from 2021 to 2022 in February. Mr. Skidmore explained it was reflecting the
drop in the 2022 live release rate in cats. The feral program was temporarily suspended
and started back up, affecting the total percentage. Mr. Skidmore confirmed the drop
was not due to euthanization. March 2022 Calls for Service was missing from report. Mr.
