Service Agreement No: 2436 — Uniformed Security Guard Services
Reference: SA 2436 Amendment No. 4
Service Agreement Current Not to Exceed Value: $3,785,330.10
The CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI, TEXAS, hereinafter referred to as the City, and Sec-Ops, Inc.,
hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, do hereby make and enter into this amendment (the
"Amendment") which, together with the Service Agreement No. 2436 (the "Agreement") and all other
duly executed amendments, constitutes the entire agreement between the City and the Contractor.

Section 3. Compensation and Payment of the Agreement is amended, effective through the
end date as follows:
Increases the value of the Agreement by an amount not to exceed $138,134.40 due to
Attachment B modifications to include uniformed security guard services at Cole Park Pier
and Plaza, for a revised value of this Service Agreement not to exceed $3,923,464.50.

Attachment A: Scope of Work to the Agreement is hereby amended to add Section 21 to
include uniformed security guard services at the Cole Park as follows:
21. Unarmed Guard Services at Cole Park Pier:
A. Two assigned unarmed guards will provide a presence and perform patrol services
near and on the pier and plaza 24 hours/7 days a week. One guard will be present
24 hours/7 days a week. The second guard will be present from 12:00 a.m.
Thursday until 12:00 a.m. Monday (24 hours/4 days a week Thursday to Sunday).
B. The unarmed guards will monitor foot traffic, deter vandalism, and enforce City
ordinances.
C. Contractor will cover all requested hours for unarmed guards 24 hours/7 days a
week for a total of 8,184 hours.

Attachment B: Bid/Pricing Schedule to the Agreement is hereby amended to increase
security services at the Cole ParkPier and Plaza hereby adding Lines as Section 10 — Items
No. 10.0 through 10.3 to incorporate as-needed hours the remaining seven months to year
three of the Agreement for each level of experience listed in the Scope of Work and as
follows:

The Contractor and the City agree to and shall abide by all terms and conditions of the original
Agreement and any amendments to that Agreement, to the extent they are not in conflict with the terms
of this Amendment.
