THIS AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT, made this 20th day of
May, 2022, by and between Corpus Christi Retail Venture, LP (hereinafter referred to as
"Licensor"), 5488 South Padre Island Drive, Suite 2000, Corpus Christi, TX 78411 and
(hereinafter referred to as "Licensee"), City of Corpus Christi, TX.
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, by written Temporary License Agreement, dated April 1, 2022, Licensor
licensed to Licensee, Space #1176 in La Palmera situated in Corpus Christi, Texas.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained, Licensee
and Licensor agree as follows:
Section Section 3 of the License Agreement shall be and is hereby amended to

8/1/22 through 8/31/22....$10,000.00
9/1/22 through 9/30/22....$10,000.00
Except as herein amended, all terms, conditions, provisions and covenants of said License
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and are hereby ratified and confirmed by the parties
hereto.
