THIS ASSIGNMENT is between MPM Homes Inc. a Texas Corporation, of PO Box
331308, Corpus Christi, TX 78463 (Assignor)and MPM Development LP, a Texas
Limited Partnership, of 426 S. Staples, Corpus Christi, TX 78401, Nueces County,
Texas (Assignee), with the consent of City of Corpus Christi, a Texas Home-rule
Municipal Corporation, of 1201 Leopard St, Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas
("City") and Lands Greenwood 2018, LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company of 345
Bermuda PI, Corpus Christi, TX 78411.
MPM Homes, Inc (Assignor) assigns to the MPM Development LP (Assignee) and the
Assignee's heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators all right, title, and interest in
the RFB No.3528 Sale or Exchange of Surplus Property on Oso Creek at Starry Circle,
and related bids and contracts. The Assignee accepts the assignment and agrees to
fulfill all the terms and conditions required by the bid for RFB No.3528 Sale or Exchange
of Surplus Property on Oso Creek at Starry Circle and related contracts. The City and
Lands Greenwood 2018, LLC consent to the Assignment of the obligations forbid for
RFB No.3528 Sale or Exchange of Surplus Property on Oso Creek at Starry Circle and
subsequent contracts pursuant to the bid for RFB No.3528.
