The meeting was called to order by Jarvis Amaya at 12:35 p.m.

Review and provide feedback for ordinance proposal changes
*Adding definitions for Animal Rescue, Offer for Sale, Sell
*Adding fees for intact permit and Dangerous/Aggressive Dog Supplies
*Adjusting requirements for dangerous dogs/aggressive dogs
* Prohibition of pet shop sales of canines/felines
* Incorporating Intact permit
* Establishing parameters for unowned animals to be immediately transferred
to an
approved partner to provide further medical treatment.
* Designating an Lead Rabies Control Authority during absences from the

Mr. Skidmore added Dr Draper via Webex for meeting, He addressed the questions
and concerns of board members. The board consented to Mr. Skidmore finalizing
moving forward with the new proposed ordinances.
E. Adjournment
The meeting was adjourned at 1:07 p.m. All approved, and meeting was adjourned.
This meeting may be held via videoconference call pursuant to Texas
Government Code § 551.127. If this meeting is held via videoconference call or
other remote method of meeting, then a member of this governmental body
presiding over this meeting will be physically present at the location of this
