Joseph Brunemeier states that question does not reference exposure tactics, but focuses on streams

the attack specification in the question, he did not know what the tactic is intended for. In the field,
they use streams on the building, but master streams are used for attack. Had language regarding
exterior building streams been included in the question, he would know the tactic would be used
for exposure.
