MEETING MINUTES
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI

JANUARY 25, 2023, 1:30 PM
I. CALL TO ORDER - ROLL CALL: The meeting was called to order at 11:10 am and a quorum was
established, with Board Members Jimenez, Cervantes, and Roulston absent.
II. PUBLIC COMMENT: There was no public comment.
III. APPROVAL OF ABSENCES: None.
IV. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None.
V. DISCUSSION AND ACTION: Regarding the 2022 Annual Report.
Board Members discussed the following goals: reassess members and consider additional, more diverse,
positions; pursue suppliers regarding products and materials; support new code adoption; continue public
outreach.
A motion was made by Board Member Camp to approve the 2022 Annual Report and seconded by
Board Member Wanzer. The motion passed.
VI. ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 11:25 am.
