MINUTES – REGULAR MEETING
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI

JANUARY 25, 2023

I. CALL TO ORDER – ROLL CALL
The meeting was called to order at 1:30 pm and a quorum was established with Board Members San-
Miguel and Mathew absent.
II. PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES : May 25, 2022
A motion was made by Board Member Barrera to approve the minutes and seconded by Board Member
Crowson. The motion passed.
IV. APPROVAL OF ABSENCES:
A motion was made by Board Member Barrera to approve Board Member Reyna’s absence and seconded
by Board Member Crowson. The motion passed.
V. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION ITEMS VI AND VII:
VI. ANNUAL REPORT: After Board discussion, a motion was made by Board Member Crowson to approve
the 2022 Annual Report as presented and seconded by Board Member Reyna. The motion passed.
VII. APPROVE 2023 CALENDAR: A motion was made by Board Member Crowson to approve the 2023
Calendar as presented and seconded by Board Member Reyna. The motion passed.
VIII. DIRECTOR’S REPORT: None.
IX. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Refresher information for the Board at an upcoming meeting; election of
Chairman and Vice Chairman.
X. ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at 1:40 pm.
