Jessica Van Inwagen emphasized the wording of the question. There are multiple points within the text that reference the friction loss equation. The question was not specific enough to reference one primary consideration, when you look at the equation as a whole. Adrian t,ongoria agreed with Jessica Van Inwagen. Both answers C and D are correct, as the soul-cc references the first and third points of the friction loss principle and formula. YOU Would need the volume, length, and diameter to fully consider the friction loss equation. John DeForest spoke against the appeal, stating the question phrasing is correct. You would consider GPM flowing and infer from the source what the primary consideration is, and therefore was specific enough to choose the correct answer. ....................................M............. Matthew Guillen spoke against the appeal, stating the answer choice is supported by the source so the candidate should be able to choose the correct answer. The hose and friction loss work independently from one another and are two different factors in the consideration. Eyvon Mclianey reads agenda item 43.
