The meeting was called to order at 12:05 PM.

Tammy Embrey performed the roll call.

1. 22-1555 Approval of Minutes for the August 15, 2022 Regular Meeting
A motion was made by Committee Member Susane Horn, seconded by Committee
Member Adria Vasquez, that the July 11, 2022 for the Minutes to be approved. The
motion passed

Luis Cabrera gave an update on the last Subcommittee meeting and highlighted the
areas of concerns that the Subcommittee has with the policies and procedures
distributed at the last regular meeting. What is the timeline for review of materials so
that marketing can begin for the program? Need to discuss how the process will work at
the workshop to be scheduled at a future date.

Susane Horn
Plan for upcoming Visit from Agen, France
Melody Cooper led an extensive discussion about the upcoming Delegation visit from
Agen, France. The final poster for the concert was viewed by the committee, Follow up
tasks were assigned to Committee members and a draft agenda for the delegation visit
was reviewed. Adria Vasquez will develop a budget for the trip to determine how much
money needs to be raised.

Discuss Dates for Special Meeting/Workshop on Committee polices and
procedures
A discussion was held about the policies and procedures that were distributed and the
committee asked for dates to be determined for a workshop to work through an update to
the existing policies.

A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 12:43 PM
This meeting may be held via videoconference call pursuant to Texas
