4. 23-0977 Marina Water Quality
Shoreline Erosion Control Solutions gave a presentation on their patented bulkhead
design that would cut costs and eliminate the damage caused to vertical bulkheads. The
design of the bulkhead would aid in the diffusion of marina water similar to but not as
effective as oyster beds.
5. 23-0978 Sunken Boat
Mr. Atwood has collected bids for the removal of the sunken boat located off Coopers
Alley. The owner abandoned the boat, Texas Parks and Wildlife, and the Texas General
Land Office have no interest or concern so the removal cost will fall on the marina.

Mr. Atwood went over the Capital Improvement projects for FY 24. All the short-range
projects are currently in production. Committee input on long range projects is welcome.
