CALL TO ORDER - ROLL CALL
Chairman Miller called the meeting to order at 5:36 pm and a quorum was established
to conduct the meeting with Commissioner Munoz absent.
PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
APPROVAL OF ABSENCES: None.
APPROVAL OF BEACH DUNE COMMITTEE MINUTES: February 22, 2023
A motion was made by Vice Chairman York to approve the minutes listed above and
seconded by Commissioner Salazar-Garza. The Vote: All Aye. The motion passed.
CONSENT PUBLIC HEARING DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: (Item D)
D. Beachfront Construction Certificate 7213 State Highway 361.
Elena Buentello, Development Services, read the Beachfront Construction Certificate
into the record. Staff recommends approval.
Chairman Miller opened the public hearing. Seeing no one to speak, the public hearing
was closed.
Vice Chairman York moved to approve Item D, seconded by Commissioner Salazar-
Garza. The Vote: All Aye. The motion passed.

ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned at
5:38 pm.
