Unfinished Business Mr. Atwood provided an update on unfinished business, stating that Streets department determined the rubber speed bumps suggested for the marina took on too much wear and tear during the 2-month trial at a separate location and they will need to look at other options. It's likely asphalt speed humps will be installed on Peoples Street during the paving project. The fuel station RFP should be out by the end of the month. 3. 23-1810 Capital Improvement Projects Update Mr. Atwood advised the dock project has been delayed to the end of November or beginning of December due to the construction company needing to file float plans with the Port and USCG for dredge disposal at Rincon Point. Demolition of the electrical on A and B piers has begun. The designs for the Coopers boater's facility and Haul Out are at 30% and have passed the executive team review.
