4. Review and approval of minutes of prior meeting(s) and election of officers,if necessary.
Motion to approve Minutes for October 19th meeting. Commissioner Kamlesh Bhikha motioned to
approve; Ed Bennett seconded.Approved Unanimously
5. Excused Absences.
Motion to approve Commissioner Laura Commons' absence. Commissioner David Bendett motioned
to approve; Commissioner Kamlesh Bhikha seconded.Approved Unanimously
6. Review,discussion, and possible action regarding Financial Disclosure Reports.
Motion to table discussion regarding Financial Disclosure Reports. Commissioner Ed Bennett
motioned to table discussion; Commissioner Kent Teague seconded.Approved Unanimously.
7. Discussion and possible action regarding forms,policies,rules, ordinances, and laws related to the Ethics
Commission,including requested and potential changes thereto.

9. Executive Sessions pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.071 and Texas Disciplinary Rules of
