AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CORPUS CHRISTI AND SINISTER, LLC
This Extension and Amendment No. 3 amends the Lease Agreement (Lease) between
the City of Corpus Christi (City) and Sinister Off Road, LLC (Lessee) regarding the lease
for a parking lot located at 1401 Leopard Street.
WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi and Sinister Off Road, LLC entered into a lease
agreement for a parking lot located at 1401 Leopard Street on November 18, 2020, and
effective on January 4, 2021.
WHEREAS, the City of Corpus Christi and Sinister Off Road, LLC wish to extend this
lease for the third of the four additionally authorized one-year periods.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1) Section 1 of the Lease is amended to reflect the following:
The term of this Lease Extension is for one year, beginning on January 4, 2024.
2) Section 2 of the Lease is amended to reflect the following:
The Lessee agrees to pay the City the sum of $300.00 per month as rent.
3) All other terms and conditions of the previously executed Lease between the
parties which are not inconsistent herewith shall continue in full force and effect.
Each party to this Agreement has caused it to be executed on the date indicated below,
both of which hereby represent that the signatures to this Agreement, below, are of those
persons with the capacity and authority to legally bind the parties.
