Agen - Councilman Klein has agreed to head up our Delegation in May 2024; Call with
Agen is scheduled next with to start planning. Ideas include an organist, a photo
exchange, a virtual literary master class, the committee preparing a mexican dinner and a
history presentation by CM Klein. The letter accepting their invitation has been sent.
Yokosuka - No report
Veracruz - Lisa has been in contact with Jorge; They are interested in a photo exchange
and would like the Mayors to meet virtually on Nov 9th

Toledo - no success in contacting anyone; Wendy reached out to SCI for a contact, but
has not heard back.
Student Exchange -will meet to update the application and finalize timeline for 2024
exchange
